• Client deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment
• AgileStack retains rights to general knowledge, skills, and reusable components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
